Land Carpentry & Constructions was born out of a desire to pursue excellence and creativity in all types of homes.
Land Carpentry & Constructions is a Sunshine Coast based company founded by Beau van der Werf.
Having spent over a decade in the construction industry I've had the opportunity to develop a broad skillset while taking on different roles in the building industry, working on transportable dwellings, commercial sites, insurance work, renovations, as well as hundreds of new residential homes. Additionally, spending extensive time traveling and working around the world opened my eyes to different cultures, design principles and materials. I'm excited to combine those experiences with my passion for craftsmanship, the arts, and sustainability to create truly unique designs.
In a world of mass production I strive to go against the grain and build one-off creations.
Here at Land we have strong core values when it comes to building quality homes and locally source sustainable products, with options for materials that can be non toxic, cruelty free, low to no VOC and low-no formaldehyde glues, minimising our impact on the environment.
