Design Form

I have designed a custom process and design form to walk you through the design of your tiny house. It outlines all of the choices that go into creating your tiny home, with me guiding you through the process from start to finish.

Designing a custom tiny home takes a lot of time and can seem overwhelming. As a custom builder, my goal is to make it as easy and stress-free as possible for you, with hopes to build a tiny home that exceeds your expectations. We are able to work through the design either in person, phone or email.

3D Design

After we have the general details finalised I will use a design program which allows you to see your house as a 3D model and walk around it! This is the step where your vision and years of ideas finally start to become real.

During this process, you will have the chance to make any revisions needed, until you're happy with the overall design.

THE BUILD & PAYMENT PROCESS

HOW YOUR TINY HOME COMES TOGETHER

Contract

After the design is approved it is time to sign the contract and make it official! 

Deposit 

A deposit of 30% will place your name on our production schedule and will allow the order of your custom tiny house trailer.  

Frame / Exterior 

After we receive your custom locally made trailer, we begin to frame your home. When the home is framed and wrapped with sarking the next step is the exterior finishes. 

During this stage, your home will see it's insulation, cladding, windows, roofing, plumbing, electrical and front door installed. The home is finally taking shape and starting to look like a real home!

A payment of 50% is due when the exterior is completed 

Interior 

The ceiling/wall linings, cabinetry, built-ins, flooring, lights/switches, taps, tiles and other interior details are completed.

A payment of 10% is due when the interior is completed

After your tiny home is finished, we require the final payment of 10% (or the balance of the invoice) to be paid before the home is delivered.

Certificates

All tiny homes will be supplied with gas, electrical certificates, and a vin no. to register your tiny house as a caravan.

Delivery

Delivery can be organised with a trusted tiny home delivery company or you can personally pick up your new home depending on size restrictions (3.5tonne / 4.5tonne).
