Design Form

I have designed a custom process and design form to walk you through the design of your transportable cabin or shed. It outlines all of the choices that go into creating your transportable and I will guide you through the process from start to finish.

3D design

After we have the general details finalised I will use a design program which allows you to see your transportable as a 3D model and walk around it! This is the step where your vision and years of ideas finally start to become real.

During this process, you will have the chance to make any revisions needed, until you're happy with the overall design.

THE BUILD & PAYMENT PROCESS

Contract

After the design is approved it is time to sign the contract and make it official! 

Deposit 

A deposit of 30% will place your name on our production schedule and will allow the order of locally sourced galvanised c-perlins and ply flooring to start the build off.

Frame / Exterior 

After we finish the sub-floor, we begin to frame your home/shed. When the building is framed and wrapped with sarking, the next step is the exterior finishes. 

During this stage, the building will see it's insulation, cladding, windows, roofing, (plumbing, electrical and front door installed not including shed builds*) 

A payment of 50% is due when the exterior is completed 

Interior 

(excluding shed builds*)

The wall/ceiling linings, cabinetry, built-ins, flooring, lights/switches, taps, tiles and other interior details are completed.

A payment of 10% is due when the interior is completed

After your transportable cabin / shed is finished, we require the final payment of 10% (or the balance of the invoice) to be paid before the home is delivered.

Certificates

All transportable cabins will be supplied with gas and electrical certificates.

Delivery

Delivery can be organised with a trusted delivery company or you can personally organise pick up.
